Pantry Hours:

  • ~Monday – Wednesday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • ~Thursday and Friday – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
If you are in need of food and clothing, please visit our pantry.  FYI…….We will be closed on December  24th and and 25th for Christmas and on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day so our volunteers can enjoy these special days with their families..

THANK YOU..

The Pantry Board thanks to all those wonderful people and organizations that have contributed to the operation of the Pantry. Your generous donations are a blessing to our community. The donations for emergency food have been great from Wal-Mart, Costco,Mountain Springs Church, Manna Pantry and Loaf and Jug, but funding is needed to fill in the gaps when providing emergency boxes. A variety of foods are needed and not all donations come in well rounded nutritious portions.

Donations……

The pantry is in need of the following:
  • clothing for Newborn to 24 month old children (high need)
  • winter clothing
  • mens’ shirts
  • mens’ pants
  • jeans all sizes
  • sweaters
  • coats for adults and children
  • blankets and bedding
  • pots and pans
  • small children toys  
Our pantry is looking for a portable air conditioner to be used in the back supply room and a used refrigerated van or small truck for help in getting food supplies to the pantry. If you might have those items and would like to donate them, please drop them off during our business hours at the pantry.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Our Pantry continues to serve more and more needy families.  This past month we served over 1,620 people and volunteers donated over 749 hours.  130 families have signed up for Christmas meals. We currently have 43 volunteers that donate their time. As a point of interest, 8,021 volunteer hours have been donated to the Pantry so far this year.  If you or you know of someone who would love to volunteer, just drop by the pantry to let us know or call us 719-347-3062.  We are in need for help in the clothing department to sort for winter season.
