Our Pantry continues to serve more and more people every month. This past month, the Pantry served over 1,150 people in August and volunteers donated over 635 hours. If you or you know of someone who would love to volunteer, just drop by the pantry to let us know. We will be highlighting and honoring a Volunteer each month.
Please tell your friends or neighbors that are in need and encourage them to visit our pantry.
October is “National Bullying Prevention”, “Breast Cancer Awareness” and “National Dental Hygiene” Month.
The Pantry Board thanks to all those wonderful people and organizations that have contributed to the operation of the Pantry. Your donations are a blessing to our community.
Pantry Hours:
- ~Monday – Wednesday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- ~Thursday and Friday – 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
If you would like to become a volunteer at the pantry, please drop by and let us know. Volunteers are the key to the success of the Eastern Plains Community Pantry (EPCP). You can make that real difference in helping serve the people of our community.
ITEMS NEEDED
The Pantry is in need of blankets and bedding, winter clothing, and coats for adults and children, We are also in need of books, and pots, pans and kitchen items. We are still looking for a used refrigerated van or small truck for help in getting food supplies to the pantry.
If you would like to donate, please drop them by the pantry.
Small children toys are being accepted as well.

The application for Thanksgiving and Christmas Food cards will be available at the end of October. Please check back or ask at the pantry for information.

EPCP now has the extra storage availability to provide more food for our community in need. Come and get some fresh lettuce and vegetables.
